Meet Jill Paitchel

Jill Paitchel is the founder and owner of Find Home Harmony, a business that provides home and office organizational services. As a professional organizer, Jill approaches her clients’ homes and offices holistically. She not only organizes their possessions but helps to create a more harmonious and serene environment. Throughout the years, Jill has worked with clients from The Hamptons to NYC to provide a sense of comfort within their space from the moment of arrival. Jill walks them through the process, creates a customized plan, and takes a hands-on approach to organize their spaces. 

Jill received a BA in International Relations at American University and an MBA in International Finance at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies. She began her career in global investment management where she worked at large financial firms. Jill then transitioned to her own consulting practice. During that time, Jill built authentic relationships. Throughout her travels, she always found time to discover shops that showcased home and office designs and furnishings.

Embracing her passion for helping others organize their homes and offices, in 2014 Jill decided to start a second career and formed Find Home Harmony. Find Home Harmony is a place where clients receive a service that will change their outlook on organizing. Clients feel at ease with Jill as she partners with them to clear out their clutter and find a proper place for each item.
