Clutter is an ever-growing challenge that often results in homes being taken over by possessions. This results in a continuous mental state of “how to clear out the clutter.” At Find Home Harmony, we’ll work with you to remove the clutter and provide you with strategies to stop it from returning. Decluttering work can be completed in every room, closet, basement, garage, pool house, and other structure(s) including both on-property and off-property storage units.
Home Office & Paper Management
An at-home office is an increasingly important room in homes today. We work with you to select the best location for your home office. Then, we put together a list of what you need to create the right space to optimize your productivity. One of the biggest challenges clients face when organizing their home office is paper accumulation. Despite efforts to support “going paperless”, it seems even more paper enters our homes. It becomes a more complicated and time-consuming task to manage. We’ll work with you to clear-out old and new papers and implement a customized filing system to manage what remains.
Move Management
There are a lot of tasks that need to be accomplished for a successful move. It begins with contacting a moving company, agreeing on a date for your possessions to be packed, then loading those possessions on the truck to be delivered to your new home. Whether you’re moving in, moving out, or both, we work with you to make any move a smooth transition. A move is a large project with lots of details to be managed. We’ll work with you to build and implement a plan so that it all runs smoothly.
Rental Management
You’ve decided to rent your home on a short or long-term lease. It’s important that it appeals to a wide range of prospective renters. We’ll assist you to declutter, store, and eliminate unnecessary items. Renters must see your home as a place where they want to live, so it should be clean and depersonalized.
Home Renovation Management
The time has come when you want to renovate one or more of the rooms in your home. We’ll pack and label your possessions. When the work is complete, following your instructions, we will unpack and put away your things in the newly renovated room.
