Assessment services

I offer 4 levels of assessment. All include both indoors and outdoors.

Binary yes/no assessment of environmental harmony. $10
Basic assessment of environmental harmony. Takes a general look for presence of significant mold plus other issues like EMFs, chemicals, heavy metals, etc. $45
Assessment of environmental harmony + detailed breakdown of specific types of environmental factors, including specific mycotoxins, chemicals, EMFs. $75
Assessment of environmental harmony, detailed breakdown of mycotoxins, chemicals, EMFs, + detailed assessment of allergens and energetic issues in the home. $150. This is best used for your current home or for an option you are seriously considering.

The price is the same for assessment of buildings and vehicles.

For objects, the price starts at 50% of the prices listed above for buildings and vehicles. Please inquire at andrew@findhomeharmony.com if you primarily want to have many objects evaluated as I can offer a bulk discount.

How do I get started?

Please send all inquiry and requests to andrew@findhomeharmony.com

If you wish to have your current home evaluated, please upload photos to something like a Google Drive folder, Dropbox folder, or something similar and email the folder to andrew@findhomeharmony.com. Otherwise my inbox space fills up extremely fast. Please include at least one photo showing each room/area of the indoors, and some photos of the outdoors.

If you are looking for new housing or for temporary rentals, please email me links to buildings you’d like assessed (websites like Zillow, AirBNB, etc.). For hotels please send a Google Maps or TripAdvisor link.

If you are looking for a new vehicle, please email me dealer/listing links, or send photos in a shared folder.

If you are looking to have objects assessed, please email retailer links or photos in a shared folder. For retailer links it is ideal if there are review photos posted by real customers, rather than just stock photos.

How many listings should I send?

On average, I find 10-20% of buildings are considerable options for people with environmental sensitivities, though this varies by region. If you need to act urgently on potential housing options, I recommend sending 10-20 places at the same time for level 1 assessment to increase your chances of finding a potential option from the start.

When will I hear back?

Please allow until the end of Sunday the same week for a response as I also work a full-time job.

I will expedite results (within 24 hours) for a fee of 50% of the total base cost. Please put ‘Time Sensitive’ or ‘Urgent’ as the start of the email title if requesting this.

During these consults, I offer real-time assessment of buildings, neighborhoods, and outdoor regions. For clients looking at short-term rentals, I often guide them to satisfactory options in just one session. Please note this does not guarantee future results. For those looking to move quickly or who are considering many options, the realtime assessment often is more affordable than requesting individual assessments.
