I offer 4 levels of assessment. All include both indoors and outdoors.
- Binary yes/no assessment of environmental harmony. $50
- General assessment of environmental harmony. Takes a general look for presence of significant mold plus other issues like EMFs, chemicals, heavy metals, etc. $125
- Detailed assessment of environmental harmony + detail about specific types of environmental factors, including specific types of mycotoxins, chemicals, EMFs. $265
- Comprehensive assessment of environmental harmony. Detailed breakdown of mycotoxins, chemicals, EMFs, + detailed assessment of allergens and energetic issues in the home. $495. This is best used for your current home or for an option you are seriously considering, since decisions around moving could end up costing thousands of dollars.
The price is the same for assessment of buildings and vehicles.
For objects, the price is 50% of the prices listed above.
All assessments include personalized support and feedback in your housing (or vehicle, object) search via email. This is based on my personal journey completely recovering from environmental illness, and working with many clients on their housing search. I consider your goals for housing and the ideal life you want to lead once you have the foundation of somewhere stable to live.

How do I get started?
For new housing, temporary rentals, or travel stays:
Please order services at the Orders page. In the order notes, please include the links to listings you would like assessed.
For hotels please send a Google Maps or TripAdvisor link.
For evaluation of your current home:
After placing your order, please upload photos to something like a Google Drive folder, Dropbox folder, or something similar and email the folder to andrew@findhomeharmony.com. Otherwise my inbox space fills up extremely fast. Please include at least one photo showing each room/area of the indoors, and some photos of the outdoors.
For vehicles:
Please include dealer/listing links in your order notes, or email me photos in a shared folder.
For objects:
Please include retailer links in your order notes, or email me photos in a shared folder.
For retailer links it is ideal if there are review photos posted by real customers, rather than just stock photos.
How many listings should I send?
On average, I find 10-20% of buildings are considerable options for people with environmental sensitivities, though this varies by region.
If you need to act urgently on potential housing options, I recommend initially sending 10-20 places for level 1 assessment to increase your chances of finding a potential option from the start.
When will I hear back?
Please allow until the end of Sunday the same week for a response as I also work a full-time job.
I will expedite results (within 24 hours) for a fee of 50% of the total base cost. Please check the urgent option when you order. For email requests, please put ‘Time Sensitive’ or ‘Urgent’ as the start of the email title.
