This is what everyone is actually hoping for, an accurate mold test (and more than just mold), a way to test buildings without having to go see them all or without having to get symptoms first or do really inaccurate dust or air tests.

This is something that allowed me to move to South America when I could barely walk, and then stabilize myself, find a good rental easily, and then find a good place to buy, which allowed me to, as of right now, be almost recovered from CFS and mold sensitivity.

This is something I recommend to every client that I work with.

Not everybody is open to this approach, but for those who are ready to break the cycle of moving around and breaking the cycle of going from moldy place to moldy place, this is the easier way, this is the simpler way, and this is the most effective way to land in a stable house.

The fact that this works remotely is something that can’t really be overstated. In my article on finding safe housing, this is the key step.

I don’t recommend regular testing with the dust or other methods for mold as it’s just not very useful most of the time. You can also couple this with an inspection that may reveal future problems, based on building defects, but in terms of what’s going on right now in a house, this is the most accurate testing that I have found.

Andrew has evaluated our home, yard, and belongings to help identify sources of contamination impacting our home. He then suggested targeted cleaning protocols to address the situations and worked with us until we were able to decontaminate the spaces.

We have also used Andrew’s services when traveling. When we plan to rent an Air BnB or other such property, we have Andrew review the listing before making a booking. Through the assessment process, he can identify listings that have too many chemicals or too much mold for us. Because photos can be outdated or not show recent changes, this is not a perfect process. However, the places Andrew has reviewed for us have been overwhelmingly safe stays for us. This means, for the first time in years, we have been able to safely travel and explore the world a little. That is a gift beyond measure.

Andrew has made a huge difference in my ability to find healthy housing. This has brought me the stability I needed to be able to graduate college, work full time, and even travel the world. I started using Andrew over 4 years ago when I had a water leak in my RV. I asked Andrew to look at it it (without telling him about the leak) he told me there was mold and mycotoxins and where the mold was! And then I told him about the leak.
